Shipping policy

1. Our Shipping Partner

We exclusively use Chit Chats for all our logistics. Chit Chats is a reliable service that integrates with major carriers like Canada Post, USPS, and APC Postal Logistics, allowing us to keep shipping costs low for the community while maintaining high standards of care.

2. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time.

  • Hand-Off: This is the time it takes for us to pull your cards from our vault, securely package them, and hand them over to the Chit Chats hub.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing the following business day.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Since we are shipping from the GTA, transit times can vary based on your province:

  • Estimated Arrival: Up to 2 weeks.

  • While local Ontario deliveries often arrive much faster, rural areas or West/East Coast shipments may take the full 14-day window depending on carrier volume.

4. International & Tracked Shipping

We believe you should never have to wonder where your grail card is.

  • Tracking: All international orders are fully tracked via Chit Chats. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is generated.

  • Estimated Arrival: International shipments can take up to 1 month to clear customs and reach your doorstep.

  • Customs/Duties: Please note that any import taxes or dutes imposed by your home country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


5. Lost or Damaged Items

We stand by our shipping process. If Chit Chats loses your package or damages the contents during transit, you are covered.

A. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 14 business days beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at vdeng993@gmail.com. Once we confirm the loss with Chit Chats, a full refund will be issued.

B. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund provided you follow these steps:

  1. Sufficient Proof: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging AND the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Unboxing Videos: For high-value items (over $100), we strongly recommend filming a quick unboxing video to serve as definitive proof of the condition upon arrival.

  3. Verification: Once the proof is reviewed and the damage is verified as a transit-related issue, your refund will be processed immediately.
